Please explain why you have chosen your talent build and what you consider to be it's strengths and weaknesses.
I chose this because i have found it is better for raiding and also having improved Scorch can also enhance other peoples Fire dps/dmg e.g warlocks. One possible weakness is mana consuming except i have not had much of a problem with this.

Would you be willing to respecc for the good of the guild and discuss your build with officers who have the proper knowledge?
Yes i would.

Comments regarding your gear setup, is there a plan behind it, i.e. more emphasis on AP than hit or is it randomly put together because it was the best you could find?
I focus on intellect and spell damage.

How many nights per week can you attend raids? (Current 25-man raid days are tuesday, thursday, sunday)
It is depending on the times.

Reason for leaving your prior raid guild / raid community.
The raids never got going and we were always behind.

How important is loot to you? And why?
Loot is a factor in the raiding however i say the main point is helping others and having fun, but not letting people down with stupidity.

Do you agree with our policies? And our expectations of being prepared for every raid?
I agree and although sometimes RL issues may crop up and hold me from attending but that is mostly family problems that might occure, but rarely.

13, BUT, i am mature, i am English and hobbies are WoW, listening to music, friends and fishing.

How did you hear about BotE and what are you expectations of the guild?
I was looking for a raiding guild and someone told me you might be recruiting and also i should come to this website. And i am hoping for a raiding guild that raid regularly and help each other.
