Please explain why you have chosen your talent build and what you consider to be it's strengths and weaknesses.
the spec i've chosen is for AoE groups such as at Solarian in TK so i can slow the agents. And i've taken in Icy Veins for the speed increase, and ofc i have the very important talent Elemental Precision.
Would you be willing to respecc for the good of the guild and discuss your build with officers who have the proper knowledge?

Comments regarding your gear setup, is there a plan behind it, i.e. more emphasis on AP than hit or is it randomly put together because it was the best you could find?
i've been going for some Spell Damage lately but i need 60 more hit raiting, i could get it easily from enchants.
If your standard gear do not give you a raid buffed hp of 10k (no Blood Pact) or more, do you have raid quality gear to swap in to bring it to this amount of above?
not at the moment but i think i got more that 10k hp with raid buffs
What resistance gear sets do you have?
non at the moment, just need the badges for it
Do you have your lvl 70 Medallion of the Alliance?
no, but i have the honor for it if i need it
How many nights per week can you attend raids? (Current 25-man raid days are tuesday, wednesday, thursday, sunday)
im able to raid all of those days

Yakime, one of your priest, a friend of mine since my early days in Shards of the Past, my first raid guild.

Yakime and prehaps Rothinn ( raided quite some time with him in Ever Dark).
