Character name/race/class:
Maruli, 70 draenei shaman

Talent build, i.e. X/X/X.
At the moment I am specialised for PvP restoration, however here is how I spec for a PvE environment:

Please explain why you have chosen your talent build and what you consider to be it's strengths and weaknesses.
It's strength lies in long battles, a big mana pool, and for interruption encounters the focused mind talent is a pearl.
However, when it comes to my own survival, I have got the nature's guardian, but no improved defensive totems, also I might consider spending 5 points in the totemic focus talent (25% lower mana cost on all totems)

Would you be willing to respecc for the good of the guild and discuss your build with officers who have the proper knowledge?
Yeah I will, I am aware that there are people having greater knowledge about the restoration shaman than I have. Help is always appreciated.

Comments regarding your gear setup, is there a plan behind it, i.e. more emphasis on AP than hit or is it randomly put together because it was the best you could find?
I am aware that some of my gear is casting gear at the moment, I strive to improve it, also I am working on getting the "Vial of the Sunwell" from heroic Magister's Terrace.

If your standard gear do not give you a raid buffed hp of 10k (no Blood Pact) or more, do you have raid quality gear to swap in to bring it to this amount of above?
Yes, I am able to bring my HP to 10.000, raid buffed. Also buying leg enchants for my healing pants.

What resistance gear sets do you have?
Currently I do not have any resistance sets, if it is required I will of course gather resistance sets.

Do you have your lvl 70 Medallion of the Alliance?
I have the insignia so far, but I have the honor to buy the medallion, however I am uncertain how resillience benefits in PvE.

How many nights per week can you attend raids? (Current 25-man raid days are tuesday, wednesday, thursday, sunday)
I will be able to raid 2-3 of these days a week.

Prior raid experience and raid guild / raid community.
I am a former member of the guild "Beholders of Divinity"
I have cleared Karazhan/Gruul's Lair
I have also killed 3/4 bosses in Tempest Keep: The Eye and killed the first 4 bosses in Zul'Aman,
And have experienced all boss fights but Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern.

Reason for leaving your prior raid guild / raid community.
Friends got mocked on for no reason, got the shame for mispulling even though they weren't there, we decided to make our own guild, but it didn't turn out very well. It was a rather immature decission to leave BoD I am aware, but at last the spirit wasn't really there among the other members.

How important is loot to you? And why?
As I strive to improve as a raider, loot is of course somehow important, but the raid has to function as a whole, and the people who benefit the raid the most, should have priority on new gear. That is why I love the DKP loot system.

Do you agree with our policies? And our expectations of being prepared for every raid?
Yes, I take these kind of actions as a matter of course when you raid.
It is vital to say things in good time, so you will not surprise the raid later on, and slow it down.

Tell us the basic facts about yourself in real life (age, nationality, hobbies etc).
I am Simon, 16 years of age, thus my age I think I know how to behave and I see myself as a polite and mature player.
I spend my spare time on school (going to the gym next year), a spare time job and the rest of the time goes with WoW or other stuff on the computer.

How did you hear about BotE and what are you expectations of the guild?
Eloff told me about the guild, and that you were recruiting restoration shamans, so basicaly that's how I heard about you.
I expect a serious raiding guild with talented players, wanting to progress.
Also I hope of a friendly guild, talking to Eloff made a good impression.

Do you know anyone inside BotE who can vouch for you?
At the moment I do not know anyone inside the guild, I have only talked to Eloff who told me where to make an application.

Do you feel we've missed something you want to add?
Not that I can think of. Hope you will consider my application, though I am not yet 18 years old.

Regarding the medallion, its for the Archimonde and Rage Winterchill fights in MH where you need the 2min version to break CC in order to survive.

Looking over the gear that your armory shows, im puzzled as to why none of it is enchanted and the gemming you've chosen to do, favorign +healing over mp5 gems.

In any case, the officers will look over your application and return to you with a answer as soon as we've reached it.

I am currently resocketing my gear and getting enchants on them.
Most of the gems I have got in my gear at the moment is low quality, I will try to fix it during the evening.
I will also buy the Medallion of the alliance.
