Please explain why you have chosen your talent build and what you consider to be it's strengths and weaknesses.
Iv chosen it to buff most of my buffs to their max, and to get kings wich i simply <3

Would you be willing to respecc for the good of the guild and discuss your build with officers who have the proper knowledge?
Sure always open for suggestions, but i must say i love my spec as it is.

Comments regarding your gear setup, is there a plan behind it, i.e. more emphasis on AP than hit or is it randomly put together because it was the best you could find?
im aware i need to regem for more mana/5 but i generaly aways liked having a huge amount of + healing, and with a decent crit chance i dont have mana problems so far.
How many nights per week can you attend raids? (Current 25-man raid days are tuesday, thursday, sunday)
this is the only problem i got can only attend sunday raid from start, rest i will be to late for

Prior raid experience and raid guild / raid community.
KZ,gruuls lair,maggy, tidewalker lurker and lootreaver all killed on this char, and since i transfered here a week ago then it was on my old realm, where the guild disbanded.

How important is loot to you? And why?
Loot is nice, since it improves ones char if enchanted / gemmed right, and ofc it boosts ones E-Peen ^^
all that said, its not that wich i raid for, i raid for fun, friendship and watching a new boss die

Do you agree with our policies? And our expectations of being prepared for every raid?
OFC - Beeing prepared shouldt even be a rule, it should be something you should do automaticly

and i expect a mature raiding guild wich is focused on raids and relaxed when not raiding

Recently we have turned down some applications based on the fact that the applicants did not reach our age requirements. Although you're not 12, you are however a good bit below it. Of course I don't know your situation in detail, but from the fact that we sometimes keep raiding until kinda late, sometimes during week days and so on we prefer not to bring in people that are too young.

So I will have to reject this application, solely based on our age requirement. The rest is fine.
